Own Your Time is the vision of Shawn and Caprice Weaver. We built two highly successful businesses and sold both. From the outside, that looks like the dream. And it was. But every business owner knows the part nobody else sees.
It cost us our time. Nights and weekends went to paperwork, phone calls, and catching up. Moments with the people we love got pushed aside because something at the office always seemed to need us first. That is time you never get back.
We also made bad hires along the way, and some of them cost us serious money. If you have ever trusted someone with your business and watched it go wrong, you know that feeling. It hits your bank account, and it hits your confidence.
We started Own Your Time so you do not have to learn those lessons the hard way. No more bad hires. No more watching your time slip away to office work and tasks an owner should never be doing. You built your business for a better life. We are here to help you get that life back.
