What we collect
If you chat with Blake, we keep the messages you send and Blake's answers, with the time they were sent. If you sign up for the AI agent demo, we also collect your name, business name, type of business, email, and cell phone number. To stop abuse, we keep a scrambled version of your internet address, never the address itself. For security and to understand how people use our website, we may also log general location and network information, such as your city, region, country, internet provider, the page you were on, and the site that sent you to us.
Why we collect it
We use it to run the chat and the demo, to confirm your email is real with a one time code, to keep bots and spam out, and to make Blake better over time.
How we contact you
If you try the demo, someone from Own Your Time may email, call, or text you about our IT and AI services. That is the only reason we will contact you. If you would rather we did not, just tell us and we will stop.
What we never do
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We only use trusted service providers that help us run the website, the chat, and email.
Please keep the demo pretend
The demo is for trying Blake out. Please do not type real customer details, card numbers, health details, or other private information into the chat.
